amazing staff professional service
The staff was amazing. i felt relaxed and calm . the service was very professional and friendly. They treated me well. i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.
i noticed fees on my bill that i didn't approve. the hotel added €100 for the 'employees' without asking for my consent. i think employees should be included in the room charge

defrosted croissants paid spa
The location was definitely convenient , allowing easy access to many attractions.
I was quite disappointed with the breakfast croissants . They tasted like they were defrosted. The hotel spa should be free .

the location was acceptable , providing convenient access to nearby attractions.
The room i was assigned was substandard. It was significantly smaller than advertised. the bathroom felt cramped , barely allowing enough space to maneuver. furthermore , the lighting in the room was dim.

i enjoyed the complimentary coffee pods and water provided daily, this was so convenient. the room had a useful steamer. housekeeping was perfect and generous with supplies , a nice bonus.
the employees added fees to my bill without my consent.
